A holistic approach

Sometimes one interaction, one question or perhaps one idea can change the course of your life completely, odds are it likely already has. Perhaps it’s time to give yourself the opportunity to ask new questions, compose new ideas or dare I say to go as far as actualizing your potential. It’s likely time for a change. Real change. The type of personal growth that deserves the support and accountability needed to create true agency in who you are becoming.

“You’re currently mastering your habits. You are becoming better at who you are right now. Be mindful.” -David VanGeystel

Mind

Books: Yep, nerd alert.  If lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, improving memory recall, increasing brain power, and even enhancing empathic skills is nerdy….then sign me up.

My current reading list.

Nutrition

The word diet has been destroyed so let’s go with medicine. Arguing over “what works best” is not worth it, so here are my goals. Lower inflammation, increasing gut health, recover faster, sleep better & convert more nutrients to energy…that’s my focus.

My current nutrition plan.

Body

Tired of always trying to “get in shape”? I’ve been addicted to getting “shredded” my whole life. I’m over it. I want to actually be healthy. I want to move. I want to sleep well. I want my body to be happy, optimal and let’s be honest….sexy.

My current work out regiment.

Meditation

Remember that “woo-woo” stuff? Turns out when practiced daily, it reduces anxiety, lowers stress, fights depression, combats addiction, increases sleep & focus, builds inner peace & acceptance.

My favorite guided mediations.
